Croeso i Ymddiriedolaeth Heddlu Gogledd Cymru a’r Gymuned (PACT)

Mae PACT yn annog ceisiadau gan grwpiau cymunedol a gwirfoddol, mewn partneriaeth â’u Timau Plismona Bro a fydd yn cael effaith gadarnhaol mewn cymunedau lleol ac yn annog amgylchedd mwy diogel a gwell ansawdd bywyd.

Rydym wedi ymrwymo i gefnogi prosiectau cymunedol lleol sy’n bodloni ein hamcanion ac yn helpu i gael effaith gadarnhaol.

Lansiwyd Ymddiriedolaeth Heddlu a Chymuned Gogledd Cymru (PACT) ym 1998 i gefnogi mentrau cymunedol, yn enwedig y rhai y mae’r Heddlu yn ymwneud â nhw, sy’n anelu at wella ansawdd bywyd trwy leihau trosedd ac ofn trosedd yn holl gymunedau Gogledd Cymru. .
