I would like to place on record thanks on behalf of myself and fellow trustees to Carl Foulkes who has recently retired as Chief Constable of North Wales.
Carl joined North Wales Police in 2018, immediately joined our board of trustees and took on the role of Int
erim Chair in November of that year following the sad passing of our previous Chair, David Williams MBE DL.
Carl has been a valued member of my board and consistently supportive of the work of PACT bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our work. His guidance both to me and trustees has been invaluable.
I would like to wish Carl a happy and successful retirement and wish him and his family all the best for the future.
I would also like to welcome our new Chief Constable, Amanda Blakeman, to North Wales Police and look forward to working with her.
